• Hot chafers offer potato cheese casserole, sausage & bacon, assorted fresh pastries, butter & preserves.

Eggs Benedict Bar (minimum 25 guests)

Chefs man poaching pans with fresh eggs poached to order with Canadian bacon on a toasted English muffin topped with your guest's choice of classic hollandaise, chipotle hollandaise, or four cheese sauce.
