Vassel's Main Street Catering Conditions
Food Only
Any cold food arranged on disposable trays can be picked up at our store or delivered to your site (delivery fee, limited area).
Food & Service
Hot food delivered and set up by our staff; service fees apply.
Food, Service & Staff
Hot food delivered, set up and staffed to serve and clean up. The hourly rate per staff member has a minimum of two hours, plus service fee. Number of staff members varies according to menu and event‑site logistics. Portal‑to‑portal charges may apply.
Payment
A 25% deposit will secure your event date. This is nonrefundable, as we will set aside that date and time especially for you.
Gratuities
Our staff is dedicated to providing you and your guests the very best service. They are trained to handle all details to ensure your event is a success, allowing you to enjoy the festivities. If you feel our staff has met or exceeded expectations, a gratuity at your discretion is appreciated.
Rentals
Rental equipment and information is available upon request. China and stainless are available; per‑person charges apply.
Grill rentals (picnics): 175.
Terms & Requirements
Payment of the 25% deposit requires agreement to the following:
A minimum guaranteed guest count is required 14 days prior to your event.
Adding to your guest count can be accommodated within 96 hours, subject to food and staff availability.
Lowering a guaranteed guest count is not accepted once the minimum is established.
A cancellation fee of 50% (of total invoice) applies to orders canceled within 2 weeks of the event.
Balance is due the week of the event.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Venmo accepted.
4% fee on cards; ACH 0% fee.
Checks and corporate checks require prior approval.
